The entry-level Client Service Trainees are responsible to educate customers, answer questions, be an expert in product and service knowledge, and strategizing new innovative ways to heighten customer satisfaction. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Service Trainee:
- Build relationships with our new and existing customers, provide insight, and answer questions, creating ultimate brand loyalty and customer retention during in-person meetings
- Utilize top-notch negotiation skills throughout the sales process, when needed, and upsell when applicable
- Support the sales team to help close any sales opportunities with new customers while bolstering revenue
- Educate oneself and become the expert in clients’ products and services to better inform customers of their features and benefits
- Ensure customer satisfaction is met to the highest level with each interaction
- Support the sales team to help close any sales opportunities, furthering the relationship while bolstering revenue
- Work with the rest of the entry-level Client Service Trainee team
Qualifications and Experience we look for in an Entry Level Client Service Trainee:
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications or related field preferred
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, entry-level, or other related field is highly preferred
- A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor with the client comes first attitude
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, surrounded by clients and other entry-level Client Service Trainees
- Above-average communication skills
- Drive and ambition to surpass expectations and team goals
