Entry-Level Account Manager
We are a growing business consulting and sales firm specializing in innovative marketing strategies and effective sales tactics. Our client base continues to expand, and as a result, we are seeking driven, entry-level candidates to join our marketing and sales team as Entry-Level Account Managers.

As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Senior Account Managers and a high-performing sales team, gaining invaluable knowledge and hands-on experience in account management and sales.

Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Meet directly with potential business prospects to deliver compelling presentations and build long-lasting relationships.
- Educate prospective clients on our client’s products, current promotions, and services, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the offerings.
- Assist clients in acquiring new accounts, expanding into new markets, and achieving their sales targets.
- Work closely with Senior Account Managers to develop a deep understanding of client marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and goals.
- Review and discuss sales contracts with clients, address concerns, and negotiate upsells where appropriate, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Participate in conference calls, training workshops, and other professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on client sales progress and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Account Manager Trainees, Sales Associates, and Marketing Representatives to meet client needs and support overall sales objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- In-progress or completed Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related leadership role is advantageous but not required.
- A strong willingness to learn, develop leadership qualities, and maintain a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and effectively negotiate solutions.
- A self-driven individual who takes initiative in creating solutions and achieving goals.
- Reliable transportation to on-site locations as required.
