Sales Associate

We are actively searching for a dedicated team player to join our team as a Sales Associate. With a comprehensive, detailed, and nationally recognized training regimen, we effectively highlight each team member's strengths and personalities.
As the Sales Associate, you will be responsible for representing our company and client in a professional, competent, and compliant manner. Your main objective will be capitalizing on the sales of products and services, driving the client's footprint in a designated market, and reinforcing the relationship between client and consumer through consultative, personalized sales techniques. This Sales Associate position is built for a candidate who is seeking a highly visible role in an organization, is interested in managing the entire customer sales cycle, and is seeking upward mobility in their next opportunity.
Sales Associate Core Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective customers directly to review their current needs, deliver product/service recommendations, determine eligibility, and close sales
- Create exceptional customer experiences by actively listening and addressing the customer's needs, wants, and concerns
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with prospective customers within an assigned territory to increase return business and create a referral pipeline
- Meets weekly targets for outreach, leads, and closed prospects
- Move prospects through the sales pipeline quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a working knowledge of all products, services, promotions, and updates
- Accurately record all customer information strictly adhering to all of the company's compliance and privacy guidelines
- Participate in daily and weekly business development and sales topics to continue to enhance product knowledge, advance skillsets, and brainstorm new ways to increase outreach methods and closing ratios
Sales Associate Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience or experience in a client/customer-facing setting
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Unmatched work ethic, whether in a team setting or working independently
- People-oriented demeanor with prior experience in a leadership or supervisory-type position
- Passion for working in an entrepreneurial start-up culture ready to help grow a team
