Marketing Associate

We are a leading brand marketing firm based in the Kansas City area, experiencing rapid growth thanks to our innovative and solution-focused team! We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Associate to support our marketing and sales efforts in creating impactful brand initiatives and outreach strategies for our clients.

In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with clients to discover the most effective ways to market their services, assisting our Senior Marketing Manager in designing and executing tailored marketing campaigns that align with client goals.

Marketing Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand marketing campaigns to boost sales and enhance consumer education about our clients' services.
• Coordinate campaign setup and development between channel leaders and the marketing team.
• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns to support the marketing and sales departments.
• Attend daily client meetings to ensure a consistent and clear message to consumers.
• Foster positive client relationships and maintain a professional company image.
• Engage with customers to build trust and attract new clients.
• Contribute to goal-setting, strategy development, and tactics to achieve operational and sales objectives.

Marketing Associate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or promotions.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and a creative, ambitious mindset.
