As we continue expanding, we are looking to add a passionate Business Manager Trainee to our team. The ideal candidate will share the same entrepreneurial spirit as our founder and be eager to learn and grow within our organization. As a Business Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in every aspect of the business, starting in sales and account management, with the opportunity to progress into leadership. You will play a key part in supporting our ongoing expansion and operational growth.

Responsibilities of the Business Manager Trainee:

  • Educate customers on our clients' products, services, and current promotions to drive engagement and sales.
  • Hone negotiation and closing skills to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records within the system.
  • Train new team members by shadowing senior management and utilizing our proven training techniques.
  • In 6-8 months, drive team performance consistency and focus on professional development to improve retention.
  • After 12 months, take on the responsibilities of office support management, including payroll, HR functions, and operational organization.

Skills and Qualities We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • A strong problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Passion for helping others, building relationships, and driving success.
  • Focused on continuous professional development and personal growth.
  • Professional and driven attitude both in and out of the office.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or leadership roles.
