Account Manager Trainee

As we continue to expand, we are looking for enthusiastic, entry-level candidates to become part of our marketing and sales team in the role of Account Manager Trainee!
As an Account Manager Trainee, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients strengthen relationships, drive new business, increase revenue, and broaden their market presence. You will receive hands-on training from our expert Senior Account Managers and Sales Team, gaining essential skills to launch a successful career in account management and sales.
Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential business clients to deliver impactful presentations and build lasting relationships
- Provide detailed information about client products, current promotions, and services
- Assist clients in acquiring new accounts and expanding their market presence
- Work directly with Senior Account Managers to learn about client campaigns, sales strategies, and team goals
- Negotiate and review contracts, addressing client concerns and identifying opportunities for upselling products and services that add value for both sides
- Participate in conference calls and on-site training sessions to stay up-to-date on client progress and industry trends
- Collaborate with fellow trainees, sales associates, and marketing reps to ensure client satisfaction and success
Ideal Account Manager Trainee Candidate:
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or another leadership-oriented role (preferred)
- Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to develop leadership skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments
- Comfortable working independently and eager to contribute to team success
- Proactive, with a knack for identifying solutions
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Reliable transportation to our office location
